50. אישור מוקדם
מנהל קייטנה לא יקיים טיול אלא לאחר שקיבל אישור מוקדם של צבא־ההגנה לישראל או משטרת ישראל (להלן – רשויות הבטחון), ויפעל לפי הנחיותיהם.
