כדי להקל על הפעולה במצבי־חירום, ייקבעו מקומות מוגדרים בקייטנה לריכוז האשפה לפי הוראות תקנות התברואה, ולהצבת ציודה של הקייטנה, לרבות חפציהם של אנשי הסגל והילדים.
