78. מענה לדין וחשבון
(א)מנהל קייטנה או מדריך בקייטנה שקיבל העתק מדין וחשבון על עבודתו לפי תקנה 77, רשאי למסור לממונה, בכתב, ביאורים והשגות על הדין־וחשבון.
(ב)ממונה שקיבל ביאורים והשגות כאמור, יעביר העתק מהם לנותן האישור, וכן למפקח שערך את הדין־וחשבון.
