תיקון: תשמ״ד, תשנ״ד, תשנ״ה
שר העבודה והרווחה ושר הבריאות רשאים לקבוע בתקנות הוראות מיוחדות לענין חובת תשלום מס מקביל לגבי תושב ישראל מעל גיל 18 שסעיף 2(א) עד (ד) לא חל לגביו, ואשר משתלמים בעדו דמי ביטוח לאומי, ובלבד שתקנות לגבי מי שסעיף 192 לחוק הביטוח חל לגביו, יותקנו בהסכמת שר האוצר.
