4. תשלום מס מקביל על־פי הסכם
היה מעביד חייב בתשלום מס מקביל לקופת חולים בעד עובדיו על פי הסכם קיבוצי, חוזה עבודה או כל הסכם אחר, יופחת מתשלום זה המס המקביל שהוא חייב לשלם לפי חוק זה.
