21. פרסומים במיתקנים
לא יאוחר מחמישה ימים לפני יום הבחירות, יפרסם מפקד המיתקן או מי מטעמו, באגפי הכליאה, הודעה בנוסח שיכין המפקח הארצי ובה יצוינו פרטים אלה:
(1)יום הבחירות;
(2)שעות ההצבעה;
(3)הוראות סעיף 84ה(ב) לחוק הבחירות בדבר תנאי הזכאות להצבעה בקלפי לאסירים;
(4)מידע בדבר אופן ההצבעה לפי תקנות אלה.
