28. העברת המעטפות לרשויות המקומיות
האחראי יעביר מיד בסיום עבודת המיון את חבילות המעטפות שנארזו לפי סעיף [צ״ל: תקנה] 25(ד) לוועדות הקלפי המיוחדות ברשויות המקומיות אשר מונו לפי הוראות סעיף 82(א1) לחוק הבחירות, לרבות כפי שהוחל בסעיף 4א לחוק המועצות האזוריות (מועד בחירות כלליות), התשנ״ד–1994 (להלן – ועדת הקלפי המיוחדת).
