34. החלה על עובד צבא ההגנה לישראל או מי שהוא במשמורת הצבא
הוראות תקנות אלה יחולו לעניין מי שהוא עובד צבא ההגנה לישראל או עובד אחר שמתקיימים לגביו התנאים כאמור בסעיף 84א או מי שנמצא כדין במשמורת הצבא לפי סעיף 84א1 לחוק הבחירות, ולעניין תקנות אלה יראו אותו כחייל.
