22. סימן מוביל בתחום מגרש
סימן מוביל מחוץ לבניין של מוסד חינוך חדש יהיה מטיפוס 1, 2 או 3 ויוביל מכל כניסה למגרש המיועדת לשימוש הציבור, אל הכניסה העיקרית של כל בניין המשמש את מוסד החינוך החדש.
