11. שיקים ללא כיסוי בקשה של מבקש־שותף
מי שהומצאה לו הודעה לפי תקנה 10 לגבי שיק מסוים רשאי תוך עשרה ימים מיום ההמצאה, להגיש לגבי אותו שיק בקשת מבקש־שותף; על בקשה זו יחולו תקנות 2(ב) ו־4(1) ו־(2).
