תיקון: תשנ״ח
בחוק זה –
”חייל“ – כמשמעותו בחוק השיפוט הצבאי, תשט״ו–1955;
”חוק המרשם“ – חוק מרשם האוכלוסין, תשכ״ה–1965;
”פקיד רישום“ – כמשמעותו בחוק המרשם;
”פעילות איבה“ – פעילות שראש המטה הכללי של צבא הגנה לישראל (להלן – הרמטכ״ל), הכריז עליה כעל פעילות איבה לעניין חוק זה, לאחר שנועץ בפרקליט הצבאי הראשי או בנציגו;
”פעילות צבאית“ – פעילות שהרמטכ״ל הכריז עליה כעל פעילות צבאית לעניין חוק זה, לאחר שנועץ בפרקליט הצבאי הראשי או בנציגו.
