4. רישום הפטירה
(א)מי שנתן אישור פטירת חייל ימסרנו לידי פקיד רישום, והוא ירשום את הפטירה בפנקס הפטירות המתנהל על פי חוק המרשם.
(ב)סעיפים 7 ו־12 לחוק המרשם לא יחולו על פטירה שנמסר עליה אישור לידי פקיד רישום לפי חוק זה.
