13. המצאת מסמכים וידיעות נוספות
(א)לא הוצגו לפני השמאי המכריע מידע או תשתית עובדתית לטענה שהעלה צד, רשאי השמאי המכריע לדחות טענה זו, כולה או חלקה, מטעם זה בלבד.
(ב)השמאי המכריע רשאי לדרוש מהצדדים להמציא לו, בתוך מועד שיקבע, מסמכים או ידיעות שברשותם, הדרושים לדעתו לשם בירור המחלוקת; לא הומצאו מסמך או ידיעה כאמור, רשאי השמאי המכריע לדחות טענה שהמסמך או הידיעה נועדו להוכחתם, או לקבל טענה של הצד שכנגד בקשר למסמך או לידיעה.
