18. פרוטוקול
(א)השמאי המכריע או מי שהוא מינה לכך ינהל פרוטוקול של עיקרי הדיון.
(ב)העתק הפרוטוקול יועבר לצדדים סמוך לאחר עריכתו.
(ג)ראה השמאי המכריע כי יש צורך בתמליל הדיון, יורה על עריכת תמליל והצדדים יישאו בהוצאות הכרוכות בכך, בחלקים שווים, זולת אם קבע השמאי המכריע אחרת.
(ד)ערך אחד הצדדים תמליל לדיון, יעביר את התמליל לידי הצדדים האחרים ולשמאי המכריע.
