העתקים של הבקשה ושל הודעת יושב ראש מועצת שמאי המקרקעין בדבר זהות השמאי המכריע, יימסרו למבקש, לוועדה המקומית הנוגעת בדבר, למשיבים ולשמאי המכריע.
