8. ביקור בנכס
השמאי המכריע רשאי לבקר בנכס בלא נוכחות הצדדים, ואולם אם ראה כי בעת ביקורו הצפוי בנכס, עתיד להיות נוכח אחד הצדדים בלבד, יודיע לשאר הצדדים על תאריך הביקור הצפוי.
