תיקון: תשמ״א־2, תשנ״ח
בתקנות אלה –
”בן משפחה“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 1 לחוק האנטומיה והפתולוגיה, התשי״ג–1953;
”גוף מוכר“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות האנטומיה והפתולוגיה, התשי״ד–1954;
”טיפול“ ו”מטופל“ – כהגדרתם בחוק זכויות החולה, התשנ״ו–1996;
”מוסד רפואי“ – בית חולים או מרפאה כמשמעותם בפקודה, לרבות מכון המבצע פעולות אבחון;
”מנהל מוסד רפואי“ – לרבות ממלא מקומו;
”מנהל מחלקה“ – מנהל מחלקה במוסד רפואי;
”המנהל“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לפקודה.
