2א. הסבר לנתיחת גוויה במקרים מסויימים
תיקון: תשמ״ז
(א)אירעה פטירה כאמור בתקנה 2(א)(4) יסביר מנהל המחלקה, או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, לאחד מבני משפחת הנפטר כי במקרה האמור נחוץ לבצע בגוויה נתיחה.
(ב)סירב בן משפחה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) להסכים לניתוח הגוויה יחתום על סירובו בטופס שנוסחו מפורט בתוספת (להלן – טופס סירוב); סירב לחתום על טופס סירוב ימלא מנהל המחלקה, או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, את כל פרטי הטופס ויציין לצד שמו של בן המשפחה את המלים ”מסרב לחתום“.
