20. התקשרויות לרכישת ניירות ערך
נעשתה התקשרות לרכוש מאת המנפיק או מאת המציע ניירות ערך של המנפיק שטרם הונפקו, והם מסוג ניירות הערך המוצעים, יפורטו פרטים אלה:
(1)שם הרוכש;
(2)מספר ניירות הערך ושווים הנקוב;
(3)מחיר ניירות הערך ותנאי תשלומו;
(4)האם הרוכש התחייב להימנע תקופה מסויימת ממכירת ניירות הערך או מהעברתם, ואם התחייב כאמור – גם ציון התקופה.
