45א. נושאי משרה בכירה
תיקון: תשמ״ח
לגבי כל אחד מנושאי משרה בכירה של המנפיק, שפרטים אודותיו לא הובאו בהתאם להוראות תקנה 45, יצויינו –
(1)שמו;
(2)גילו;
(3)התפקיד שהוא ממלא במנפיק, בחברה־בת של המנפיק או בבעל ענין בו;
(4)אם הוא בן משפחה של נושא משרה בכירה אחר או של בעל ענין במנפיק;
(5)השכלתו ונסיונו העסקי בחמש השנים האחרונות.
