תיאור כללי של עיקר עיסוקיה של כל חברה־בת של המנפיק ושל חברה קשורה שלו, בציון רווחיה, לפני הפרשה למס ואחריה, בשתי שנות הכספים האחרונות שלה שהסתיימו לפני תאריך התשקיף, ויצויינו הדיבידנד, הריבית ודמי הניהול שקיבל המנפיק או שהוא זכאי לקבל מכל חברה כאמור לגבי התקופה האמורה וכל תשלום כאמור לגבי התקופה שלאחר מכן.
