54. עסקאות עם בעל שליטה
תיקון: תשמ״ח, תשס״ח־4
יובאו פרטים, לפי מיטב ידיעתו של התאגיד, כאמור בתקנה 22 לתקנות דוחות תקופתיים ומיידיים, ביחס לכל עסקה אשר התאגיד התקשר בה במהלך השנתיים שקדמו לתאריך התשקיף או שהיא עדיין בתוקף במועד התשקיף.
