9. רישום ניירות הערך בבורסה
תיקון: תשע״ד
הודעה שבורסה לניירות ערך, אשר קיבלה רשיון לפי סעיף 45(א) לחוק, הסכימה עקרונית לרשום את ניירות הערך המוצעים או שיוצעו באמצעות דוח הצעת מדף למסחר בה, או מתי פנה המנפיק או עומד לפנות אל בורסה כאמור, בבקשה לרשום את ניירות הערך המוצעים או שיוצעו באמצעות דוח הצעת מדף, או שאינו עומד לבקש זאת.
