10. תקופת תוקפו של רישיון
תוקפו של רישיון הפעלה שניתן למבקש לראשונה יהיה לשנה, ורשאי הממונה לחדש את תוקפו לתקופה נוספת של שנתיים, לאחר מכן לתקופה נוספת של שלוש שנים ולאחר מכן לתקופות נוספות שלא יעלו על ארבע שנים כל אחת; רישיון הפעלה שניתן למבקש לאחר שחלפה שנה או יותר מתום תקופת תוקפו של רישיון הפעלה קודם שניתן לו, יראו אותו לעניין סעיף זה כרישיון שניתן למבקש לראשונה.
