35. ערעור על החלטה בעניין צו הפסקה שיפוטי
(א)על החלטה למתן צו הפסקה שיפוטי לפי סעיף 34(א) ניתן לערער לבית משפט שלערעור.
(ב)על החלטה למתן צו הפסקה שיפוטי לפי סעיף 34(ב) ניתן לערער במסגרת הערעור על גזר הדין.
