שר המשפטים, באישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע מוסדות נוספים המיועדים למתן שירות לקטינים, לאנשים עם מוגבלות שכלית או התפתחותית או לחסרי ישע שהוראות חוק זה יחולו עליהם.
