15. תאגיד שרישומו נמחק
תאגיד שנמחק רישומו כסוכן מכס חייב, תוך שלושה חדשים מיום שנמחק, לשנות שמו באופן שלא יכיל עוד את המלים ”סוכן מכס“, ”עמיל מכס“ או מלים אחרות שיש בהן לרמוז שהוא עושה פעולות מכס.
