20. מהימנות ויושר
סוכן מכס יפעל בפעולות מכס במהימנות, בנאמנות וביושר הן כלפי רשות המכס והן כלפי לקוחותיו, וכן ינקוט אמצעים סבירים כדי להבטיח התנהגותם המהימנה, הנאמנה והישרה של פקידיו הרשויים, או של תאגיד־סוכן־מכס שבהנהלתו או שהוא פקיד אחראי לפעולות מכס או שותף בו, כדי לסייע לרשות המכס במילוי תפקידיה על פי כל דין.
