27א. ייצוג חייב מס
תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשס״ה
(א)מי שרשאי לייצג נישום כאמור בסעיף 236 לפקודת מס הכנסה רשאי לייצג עוסק על פי חוק זה.
(ב)הוראות חוק הסדרת העיסוק בייצוג על ידי יועצי מס, התשס״ה–2005 יחולו לענין ייצוגו של עוסק.
