6ג. דין יבואן בהסדר שהוא תאגיד
תיקון: תש״ן
תאגיד שקיבל אישור כיבואן בהסדר ואישורו בוטל לפי סעיף 6ב(א), לא יאשר המנהל בקשת אישור יבואן בהסדר שהגיש תאגיד אחר שבו חברים אותם חברי התאגיד שאישורו בוטל או חלק מאותם חברים, אם הבקשה הוגשה תוך חמש שנים מיום שבוטל האישור.
