27. מאסר וחיפוש
פקודת הפרוצדורה הפלילית (מאסר וחיפושים), חלה על אדם הנאשם בעבירה לפי חוק זה, בשינויים הבאים:
(1)הסמכות לשחרר בערבות לפני האישום תהיה נתונה לדן יחיד;
(2)הסמכות הנתונה בה לשוטר תהיתה נתונה גם לחייל.
