היוצא, ביודעין ושלא כדין, מישראל ללבנון, לסוריה, למצרים, לעבר־הירדן, לסעודיה, לעיראק, לתימן, לאיראן או לכל חלק מארץ ישראל שמחוץ לישראל, דינו – מאסר ארבע שנים או קנס חמשת אלפים לירות.
