4. דין מסתנן מזויין
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשע״ג, תשע״ד־2, תשע״ה־2, תשע״ו, תשע״ח־2, תשע״ח־4, תשפ״א, תשפ״א־3
מי שהסתנן כשהוא מזויין, או בחברת אדם מזויין או נתמך על ידי אדם מזויין, דינו – מאסר חמש עשרה שנה, ואם היה המסתנן או האדם כאמור מזויין בכלי יריה או חומר נפץ, או חומר מתלקח, דינו – מאסר עולם.
