הממשלה תקבע ענינים שבהם יתייעץ השר, בבואו להשתמש בסמכויותיו לפי חוק זה עם ראש הממשלה או מי שהוא מינה לכך או עם שר הבטחון או מי שהוא מינה לכך; קביעה כאמור אינה טעונה פרסום ברשומות.
