2. תשלומי פיגורים
תיקון: תשמ״ד
(א)תשלום חובה שלא שולם תוך 30 ימים מהמועד שנקבע לשילומו ישולם בתוספת תשלומי פיגורים.
(ב)נקבע בחיקוק שתשלום החובה ישולם בתוך תקופה קצובה והוא לא שולם תוך 30 ימים מהיום שבו נסתיימה אותה תקופה, ייחשב היום הראשון של התקופה כמועד החיוב בתשלום החובה האמור לצורך הוספת תשלומי פיגורים עליו.
