11. ביטול חוזים מסויימים
ניתן צו דיור על בית, ונכנס הדייר לבית, הרי כל חוזה שנעשה לפני כניסת הדייר להשכרת הבית לאדם שאינו מחזיק בו, יראו אותו כחוזה בטל, והוא לא יוכל לשמש יסוד לתביעת פיצויים או לתביעה אחרת; אלא שאותו אדם יהיה זכאי לתבוע, כדרך שתובעים חוב אזרחי רגיל, החזרתה של כל תמורה ששילם לבעל הבית או למחזיק בבית או לזכותם.
