22. ביצוע צווים
(א)אין לבצע צו תפיסת מקרקעים או צו דיור, לפני שהצו נמסר, בהתאם לסעיף 21, לבעל המקרקעים או הבית ולמחזיק בהם, מלבד אם הרשות המוסמכת, מטעמים דחופים, הורתה במפורש בצו שאי־מסירתו לא תעכב את ביצועו.
(ב)רשות מוסמכת רשאית להשתמש בכוח במידה הדרושה לבצע צו שניתן על ידי רשות מוסמכת או החלטה שניתנה על ידי ועדת ערעור על פי חוק זה.
