העובר על סעיף 25, דינו – קנס עד מאה לירות; אך לא יובא אדם לדין יותר מפעם אחת על אי־מסירת ידיעות, או על מסירת ידיעות בלתי נכונות, או על אי־המצאת מסמכים בנוגע לאותם המקרקעים.
