31. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)ראש הממשלה ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות הקובעות את סדרי הדיון בפני ועדות ערעור.
(ג)ראש הממשלה רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין אחר הנוגע לביצוע חוק זה.
