תיקון: תש״ח־2
(1)בלי הסכם בכתב מאת מועצת העיריה אסור לשום אדם למכור מים באזור העיריה או לגרום למכירתם.
(2)כל העובר על סעיף זה יהא צפוי לקנס של לא יותר מעשרים לירות.
