11. הארכת מועד
הוכח להנחת דעתו של ראש הרשות המקומית, תוך תקופת שלושת החדשים שנקבעה בהודעתו לבעל תורן בבית פלוני, שנערך הסכם עם קבלן להקמת תורן מרכזי לאותו בית, יאריך את התקופה להסרת התורן לתקופה נוספת של שלושה חדשים או עד להתקנת התורן המרכזי, הכל לפי המוקדם.
