7. הוראת מעבר
תיקון: תשפ״ב, תשפ״ד, תשפ״ה, תשפ״ו
על אף האמור בתקנה 2(א) –
(1)תקופת תוקפה של תעודת זהות שניתנה לפני תחילתן של תקנות מרשם האוכלוסין (תקופת תוקפן ופקיעת תוקפן של תעודות זהות), התשע״ב–2012 תהיה עד יום א׳ בטבת התשפ״ח (31 בדצמבר 2027);
(2)תקופת תוקפה של תעודת זהות שניתנה מיום ח׳ באלול התשע״ב (26 באוגוסט 2012) עד יום כ״ב בתמוז התשע״ג (30 ביוני 2013) היא שתים עשרה שנים ממועד הנפקתה.
