1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה של גוף לקבלת פרטי רישום;
”גוף“ – גוף הפועל מכוח חיקוק כמפורט בסעיף 29א(א) לחוק;
”מאגר המידע“ – מאגר המידע של גוף שבו מתקבלים פרטי הרישום על פי חוק;
”מנהל מאגר מידע“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 7 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981;
”המנהל“ – המנהל כהגדרתו בסעיף 29א לחוק או עובד בכיר הכפוף לו במישרין שהוסמך על ידו לעניין תקנות אלה.
