7. תחילה
תחילתן של תקנות אלה 180 ימים מיום פרסומן; גוף הרשאי לקבל פרטי רישום מכוח הוראות המעבר שבסעיף 2 לחוק מרשם האוכלוסין (תיקון מס׳ 11), התשס״ז–2007, יוכל להגיש בקשה בהתאם לתקנות לפני כניסתן לתוקף ולקבל את האישור לפי התקנות במועד כניסתן לתוקף.
