4. הנהלת המוסד
ניתן צו הנהלה, ינהל הנאמן את המוסד, אם בעצמו ואם באמצעות מנהל או מינהלה שמונו על ידיו, לפי אפיו המיוחד של המוסד בהתאם לכוונה המוצהרת של מייסדיו.
