10. החלטה על הפסקת טיפול ושהות במוסד המשולב
החליט המנהל להפסיק את הטיפול והשהות של מטופל במוסד המשולב, יעשה זאת בהתייעצות עם הצוות הטיפולי; היו חילוקי דעות בין המנהל ובין איש הצוות יירשמו נימוקי החלטת המנהל בתיק המטופל, תוך ציון ההסתייגויות.
