25. חלונות
(א)החלונות בחדרי המגורים, בחדרי האוכל ובמטבח, יהיו קבועים בקירות החיצוניים של מבנה המוסד המשולב.
(ב)שטח החלונות בחדר מגורים לא יפחת משמינית שטח רצפת החדר.
(ג)חלון בחדר מגורים יהיה ניתן לפתיחה ולסגירה וחלון אחד לפחות יהיה ממוקם באופן שיאפשר צפייה החוצה.
