35. מים
(א)המים במוסד משולב יהיו באיכות מי שתיה. במטבח ובשירותים יהיו ברזים למים קרים וחמים.
(ב)מכלי הספקת המים יהיו מוגנים בפני חדירת מזיקים וזיהום לתוכם; צינורות ואבזרים שדרכם עוברים מי שתיה או המכילים מי שתיה לא יהיו עשויים חומר המכיל עופרת או חומר רעיל אחר.
