54. כישורי המדריך המקצועי ותפקידיו
(א)הפעלת תפקיד זה נתון לשיקול דעת המנהל.
(ב)מדריך מקצועי יהיה מורה למלאכה, מרפא בעיסוק, בוגר קורס לכלכלת בית, בוגר בית ספר לאמנות, ובעל נסיון בעבודה עם מבוגרים באחד התחומים האמורים.
(ג)מדריך מקצועי יהיה אחראי להקמת חוגים וסדנאות, ולהדרכת המטופלים לעבודה בהם.
