13. החלטה בבקשה לדיון מחודש
(א)החלטת השרים בבקשה לדיון מחודש תינתן תוך שלושים ימים מיום שהוגשה להם, ואם הועברה הבקשה לועדה המייעצת – תוך שלושים ימים מיום שקיבלו חוות דעתה של הועדה המייעצת.
(ב)הודעה על ההחלטה תישלח לפי טופס 5 שבתוספת.
